Dear Exhibitor,

We look forward to seeing you in Denver Colorado on September 20, 21 and 22nd, 2024.

One table will be provided for single booth, two for double booth if needed.  Hotel accommodations are not included. Payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Booth spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  Booth placement in the ballroom is based on timely reservations and company donations, grants.

The Renaissance Denver Central Park is the conference site and hotel. You will be able to ship material to the hotel. 

Set up time: Friday September 20th 13:00-19:00 and/or Saturday September 21rd 7:00-12:00

Vendor times are listed on the agenda.

Take down time: all items must be removed from the vendor hall by 21:00 on Sept 22th
